I think that all the fabric parts of the plane were painted green,as they were in the French Air Force.Only the metal aereas arround the both cockpits and behind the motor,were in natural metal colour.The original photo you are refering to, shows no distinguishing line between upper-lower surfaces. The sky blue colour was painted on the lower surfaces of the plane,at the time that some of these planes were camouflaged in dark green-light earth -sky blue,in order to be used in observation or liaison missions
